Bharti enjoys painting semi-abstract and abstract. She uses mixed media, acrylic, oils, crayons, charcoal and graphite and collage.

The work is spontaneous and intuitive. She lets her emotions run across the canvas, letting her subconscious dictate the subject, adding and reducing colour, until it represents the moment.
